Recommended Use:
Beginners (first 3 weeks)
Mix 40g (2 scoops) in a shaker with 200-250ml water / skim milk
Advanced
Mix 60g (3 scoops) in a shaker with 250-300ml water / skim milk
Professional Athletes
Mix 80g (4 scoops) in a shaker with 400-500ml water / skim milk
Additional serving suggestions:
Mix with fat free / low fat / skim milk, fruit juice, fruit pieces or yogurt. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve the desired consistency.
For a great tasting smoothie, mix Anabolic Muscle Builder, fruit, honey and yogurt in a blender with a few ice cubes or add to your morning cereal to increase your Protein intake and keep you fuller for longer.
