OUR MASSAGE AND RECOVERY DEVICES COME WITH A 1 YEAR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ON THE INTERNAL MECHANICS OF THE DEVICE. THERE IS ALSO A 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE IN THE CASE WHERE YOU ARE NOT SATISIFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

As a family run business, we guarantee every product we make. If our products fail to live up to your standards, you may return them at any time for replacement.

 

 

Return / Refund / Exchange

Standard return policy

All products must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of goods for a return / refund / exchange. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Please keep in mind, we do not cover or reimburse return shipping costs. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your return / refund / exchange, it may be given in refund to original payment method, replacement or store credit

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:

Completely unused and in "as new" condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way).

It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

A refund or exchange (minus your original shipping charges) can only be given after we have received the item back and inspected it.

A re-stocking fee of up to 30% will be liable at your account

Please allow 14 working days from date of your return for your return / refund / exchange to be processed


Please contact us on sales@pulsepro.co.za should you wish to return any items. When items are authorized for return please include a copy of your invoice and package it securely so that it does not suffer any damage during transit.

Wrongly Delivered Items - Please contact us immediately if we’ve made a mistake and delivered the wrong item to you. We will dispatch the correct item as soon as possible and collect the incorrect item from you.

Damaged Items - If an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain all the packaging and if possible take photographs of the items and packaging. 


If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals, or bundled items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

In case of an exchange / replacement device, the devices are thoroughly tested before being shipped back to the customer. They are ineligible for return, unless a fault arises. Customers have 10 days after delivery to report any fault with the product



We strongly advise you to use a secure signed-for delivery service and that the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.

 

Service or Repair

Please note we make use of our technician to assess all our devices. A standard minimum charge of R750.00 will be liable.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at PulsePro’s discretion. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Any goods supplied by PulsePro are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty

PulsePro can only assist you, as far as reasonably possible, to try and enforce a warranty against the manufacturer of goods on your behalf.


The following are not regarded as defects and will generally not entitle you to a warranty claim:
Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
Damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and

Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
